Nosferatu
The online serial animation

Nosferatu is an animated cartoon in the anime style, published for free online. It tells the story of Van Helsing's grandson and Dracula's granddaughter meeting in high school. Every single week (generally sometime on sunday) a new episode of animation (in QuickTime) will be uploaded. These episodes average around 30 seconds, so the story progresses somewhat slowly, but steadily. If you've never visited before, you should click the Chapter #1 and Chapter #2 links (below) to view those movies, then you'll be caught up to the present day.
Alas, the Big Panda site is dead, and its icon meaningless. Weep for the panda. Check out the antiquated FAQ list.

What could be simpler?: Here's the scoop, Steve is a hereditary vampire hunter, Tess is a Vampire. But Steve is blind as a bat without his glasses, and fell in love with the blurry image of Tess that he thought was someone else. Tess, by contrast, was charmed by how nice Steve can be when he's not trying to stake her. Now that they don't have to deal with plasma cannons, ninjas, duplicates and castles... uh... well, we're wrapping up.
  Behind the Scenes: That's it. All she wrote. Yes, there are story lines unfinished (by the boatload), but I need to move on to some different stuff for a while now. Yes, there might someday be more episodes. No I will not commit to anything.
